USE OF OUR SITE
Once you have registered, you will have access to our site. It is important that you understand that we cannot advise on or broker an employment or freelance relationship. The onus remains on you to decide who is right for you; we just provide the options.
To access our site you will need a computer, laptop and/or smart mobile phone. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have (and continue to have) access to one of these devices including the cost of using these devices.
YOU MUST KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS SAFE
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The content on our site is provided for general information only for the Purpose.
YOU SHOULD OBTAIN INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION AS IS CUSTOMARY AND PRUDENT FOR THE CIRCUMSTANCES BEFORE RELYING ON INFORMATION PROVIDED ON OUR SITE, IN PARTICULAR WHERE ANY SUCH RELIANCE MAY RESULT IN LOSS OR DAMAGE.
WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT THE CONTENT ON OUR SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR UP TO DATE. Flight Crew in particular have the ability to share job listings posted by Employers, for example (but without limitation) by email and via websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any User Content constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy. We shall in no way be liable to you or any third party in such circumstances.
We have the right to remove User Content if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the Content Standards set out below. We shall in no way be liable to you as a result of another users’ non-compliance with these terms or the Content Standards.
You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content.
In using our site (or in any way linking to it), you must:
JOB LISTINGS AND RESPONSES TO JOB LISTINGS
- Provide information which is accurate, true and not misleading and which conforms to reality;
- Adhere to any applicable law, regulation or code of conduct through use of our site;
- Refrain from:
- broadcasting or publishing in any form whatsoever comments or any other content that infringes the rights of others or that is defamatory, injurious, obscene, offensive, violent or can/does incite violence, or is in any way, shape or form racist, sexist, ageist, or xenophobic or discriminatory in any manner;
- upload photographs, videos or any other information in terms of data or files which is indecent;
- upload photographs, videos or any other information in terms of data or files that do not refer exclusively to you or to a third party from whom you have expressly obtained consent;
- provide email addresses to us of other persons or publish or send any content referring to other persons without having obtained their prior consent; and
- use our site for junk mail, spam, or pyramid or similar or fraudulent schemes; and
- Deal with other users of our site fairly and with professionalism
Where an Employer uses our site to advertise a job, it shall:
- Comply with the Content Standards;
- Only advertise one job per job listing; and
- not edit a job listing after it has been posted, except to add additional relevant details or correct errors. We will monitor job listings and if there are any edits which we feel go beyond what is acceptable we will remove the offending job listing and/or it will be charged as an additional job listing.
We do not guarantee to members of Flight Crew that there will be any job listings which will be appropriate to you. Similarly, we do not guarantee to Employers that there will be any responses to your job listings.
It is the sole responsibility of the Employer to ensure that any person which responds to a job listing posted by them on our site is suitable for the advertised job and has the required qualifications, credentials and licences.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEBSITES WE LINK TO
Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them.
We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Our site is made available free of charge.
Employers must pay in order to post a job listing on our site. All of our prices and terms of payment are displayed at all times on the Pricing
page of our site. All of our prices include VAT and are in GBP.
No financial information is kept by us and all payment transactions are processed directly by Stripe.
You are not entitled to a refund once payment has been made.

You agree to indemnify us (including our directors, officers, employees, subcontractors, agents and affiliated companies) against all third party claims and liabilities related to your breach of these terms, the Content Standards and/or to your use of our site.
